Life coaching is a process by which the coach and the client work together to remove blocks that keep clients from reaching their goals. Coaches do not solve problems; they help people reach inside of themselves to solve their own problem. Accountability is important; it is important to use an accountability partner. Studies show that using an accountability partner increases your chances of successfully reaching your goal. A good coach holds clients accountable to do what the they say they will do.
